In some states, in a drive by shooting, all are charged, just the same, as the trigger man. Just for being in the car. Why can some not see the accountability of this man, for not standing up and telling his friends that what they were doing wasn't right, or just letting them go, stay home or go home and call the police? We have so many women, some men, in prison for killing spouses, domestic partners, that states want to make an example of, or decry they had the means to seek services, to not kill, but get lengthy sentences, anyway, to use their lives as examples. The same for so many cases. This man clearly sat on his butt, while this happened, is remorseful because people know who he is, fears losing his wife, property, etc.; a man lost his life. What did he lose? His LIFE. Even if it would've ended in just him getting beat up and this man recorded it; point of doing so without intervention? Why? Sir, you owe your time to this crime.

This whole case is a wash. There's been so much "this or that happened" but it's not what the video ACTUALLY shows. Anyone who says he had nowhere to go is just blind because he literally chooses to try and take a gun from someone instead of running. Not saying that anyone in this situation is completely innocent but let's not act like running towards a gun was his only choice or somehow a wise idea.

If you make a choice to try and disarm someone then you will live or die with that decision. No guns were pointed towards him until he charged at the son, the video makes that abundantly clear.

Let's just wildly arrest the mailman who happened to be there in the area too because he must be just as guilty as any bystander.
