8ºFYI. The Field Director of the Utah FBI Mehtab Syed was let go two weeks ago from her job by Trump sycophants and fascists. She had tremendous experience in counter-terrorism efforts. She was let go because she was said to be a DEI hire with no performance cause given for her release. Well guess what? When you fire so many experienced people, replacing them with hacks, you don't find the people before they do these things. Look at all the times that we see stories about the FBI stopping someone before they commit violent acts, because that is what experienced FBI agents and leaders do.
9ºJayy I’m not denying that he said something along those lines the difference is in how it’s being presented. It’s one thing to quote someone accurately in full context, he was speaking about how there is a cost benefit to dangerous items in our society, it’s another to twist it into a soundbite that makes it seem harsher than what was actually said.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about scoring points or celebrating when someone is harmed. That kind of reaction only makes things worse and does nothing to honor the lives that have been lost to violence. We should be able to have an honest discussion about rights, responsibilities, and safety without misrepresenting people’s words or taking satisfaction in their suffering.

And frankly, it shouldn't matter what side you're on, if you are an american, we should all want the same things & this... ISN'T ONE OF THEM.
