1ºwhat makes the ice officers thugs, when they are trying to uphold the law from illegal roofers that have broken the law? And what about the thugs who slashed the tires on a government vehicle. female pastor done got it wrong. and the one protester who said these illegals are paying taxes. how does she know that, did they share their tax returns? Didn’t think so, cuz Illegals don’t pay taxes. Typical dems, libs, socs, & comms speaking to those they hope are dumb, want government handouts, and don’t think for themselves or have basic common sense. If you’re gonna help Law breakers continue breaking the law, you must be lawbreakers yourselves. Very sad. how do y’all sleep at night!?!?!? Shame on y’all.
2ºElla Orr I appreciate your thoughtful perspective, and I agree this is a deeply complex issue. For me, the concern isn’t whether laws should be enforced - of course hardened criminals or those breaking the law should be held accountable. The problem is how it’s being done.
Right now, enforcement isn’t narrowly targeting dangerous individuals. It often comes down to appearance, language, or simple circumstance. You could be a high-powered attorney, walking home after work, and if you happen to look Latino and don’t have ID on you, you could suddenly find yourself detained. That’s not justice - that’s profiling.
And then there’s the treatment itself. People are being targeted at courthouses often when they’re trying to do the right thing and subjected to humiliation or cruelty. We rarely stop to ask why people flee their countries in the first place. From the comfort of our own lives, we judge, while forgetting that someday, we too might understand what it means to be forced to leave home.
So yes, accountability matters, but it has to be done in a way that upholds dignity, humanity, and fairness. Otherwise, the system only undermines the very values it claims to protect.
3ºAntun G Aneed Immigrants have the legal right under US and International law to seek asylum
Secondly you are literally squatting on stolen land.
Third since the European immigration this country has NEVER been able to feed itself. Europeans then the new squatters aka US citizens literally violently kidnapped people to work their fields and built their infrastructure.
When slavery was threatened this country nearly destroyed itself because Slavery was so profitable that 11 States thought they could start an entire new nation on the enslavement of others.
After that failure it was unregulated share-cropping then when those share-croppers got the right to vote etc, this country turned to migrants.
You can't feed yourselves, you can't make the clothes on your backs, you can barely build any infrastructure by yourselves. You can't load the truck, or butcher your meat.
Yet you whine
4ºGreg Hunter Trump was sued for racial housing discrimination. Was forced to rent to blacks and other minorities including Jews
Trump was forced to put braille instructions in his elevators and other areas.
Trump called out for the execution of 5 innocent black men, even took out a full page ad in the New York Times.
Look up the "Southern Strategy"
You guys were in Charlottesville carrying Confederate, Nazi and KKK flags. You carried lit torches chanting Jews will not replace us.
In 2022 80% of the mass shootings in the US were done by white supremacists.
Last weekend for the second one in a row there was another White Supremacist event. Just like Jim Crow they gather to intimidate
5ºThis situation highlights the growing tensions surrounding immigration enforcement in the U.S. It’s concerning to see protests erupting when authorities attempt to carry out arrests, especially in communities where people feel deeply about the treatment of immigrants. The fact that a local pastor captured much of the incident on video also adds another layer of public awareness and accountability. This is a complex issue, and it raises questions about how the system can balance law enforcement with the rights and well-being of individuals. The video documentation could play a crucial role in understanding the full scope of what happened and fueling important discussions about immigration policies.
6ºRyan Keller When Donald Trump was watching his 16-year-old daughter Ivanka host the 1997 Miss Teen USA pageant, he turned to the then-Miss Universe and asked: “Don’t you think my daughter’s hot? She’s hot, right?”
In the almost 20 years since, Mr Trump has called his eldest daughter “voluptuous”. He’s said it’s OK to describe her as “a piece of ass”, though she is a senior executive in his business empire. And he’s said that, if she wasn’t his daughter, “perhaps [he’d] be dating her”.
"Well, I'll tell you the funniest is that I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone's getting dressed and ready and everything else, and you know, no men are anywhere. And I'm allowed to go in because I'm the owner of the pageant and therefore I'm inspecting it. You know, I'm inspecting, I want to make sure that everything is good.
You know, the dresses. ‘Is everyone okay?’ You know, they're standing there with no clothes. ‘Is everybody okay?’ And you see these incredible looking women, and so, I sort of get away with things like that. But no, I've been very good."--Trump
Speaking of Mar a Lago:
Trump and Epstein were friends in NY social circles. They're both from NYC, Trump from Queens and Epstein from Brooklyn. Epstein bought a home in Palm Beach, near Mar-a-Lago in 1990. In 1992 Trump held a 'calendar girl' competition at Mar-a-Lago, he and Epstein were the only males invited.
7ºThose people should have been arrested and put into hearing in federal at to see if these migrants were illegal
People just don’t get it over 5 million illegals came into this country through Biden so many criminals from so many different countries and on top of it all there is a slow job market so these people are working for less and taking your jobs as well as reaping and killing feeding United States citizens It’s tough to determine the good ones and the bad ones shouldn’t be the first place. They should’ve done it. By the way we all had to get vaccinated, but those people in we’re not vaccinated. They weren’t even vaccinated for things like polio, chickenpox, and other diseases that we had gotten rid of now since we have let them in all the diseases that we have gotten rid of our back again and escalating affecting children everywhere crippling some killing others they need to go home and come into the country through the correct process. We’ve already spent billions and billions housing them giving them free medical giving them money. No wonder why the country has such a deficit to stop bleeding to stop physically in monetarily about what they did until the day comes that one of these people killsnames, one of their family then we’ll see how they feel
8ºTerence Curtis It’s important to be clear about what’s really happening. The tension we’re seeing isn’t caused by the protesters—it’s a direct result of policies from this administration. People in positions of power, including those in law enforcement, are supposed to uphold the Constitution, but many actions we’re witnessing violate those very principles. Randomly detaining people based on appearance, language, or accent is racial profiling, plain and simple. That’s unconstitutional.
The current situation isn’t representative of standard ICE operations. Instead, the administration has set unrealistic “maximums” for enforcement, creating pressure to make arbitrary arrests, regardless of legal status. Being born in this country, speaking English fluently - or simply walking down the street shouldn’t make anyone feel threatened, but these policies create an environment where anyone who “looks different” or fits their racially profiled "targets" like myself can be targeted.
Due process exists for a reason. No one should be treated as guilty before their case is heard, and everyone deserves their legal rights to be respected. This isn’t about protesters, it’s about systematic overreach fueled by political agendas. If we want to have a real discussion, it should be about policies, the Constitution, and civil rights not assumptions based on appearances.
9ºWe are loving in Nazi America where people are afraid to gonto work because ICEtapo may kidnap them and disappear them to unknown concentration camps. Dog killer Noem, Trump, and inHoman are a wacko bunch of Nazis. I love all the people who lie and claim they love legal immigrants, they just hate illegal immigrants. The only difference between "legal" and "illegal" is the letters "il." Trump could change illegal into legal with a stroke of his sharpie, but he likes "illegal" because it gives him political power. He certainly doesn't care about the real people behind the letters "il." Funny how Trump turned illegal Melania into legal Melania. The United States under Trump has become Chile under Pinochet in the 70s. Thousands of people are being "disappeared" without trial. If Trump lives long enough he will pay some day for his extreme cruelty to the innocent people he is using for his political benefit. Trump is as disgusting as Pinochet. We never thought it could happen here. The whole deportation thing is typical Trump cruelty. What is ironic is Trump supporting "catch and release." If these are criminals, why is Trump releasing them? Could it be because Trump has always been released when he is caught?
