Problem is our Country has become so ridiculous with liberal policies and ludicrous laws that the perpetrators are victims. If some one intervened and beat down or fully neutralized the rapist then they could face charges themselves. In fact… there is no law in the USA that says a bystander has any responsibility to intervene in a crime even if doing so has little or no risk to yourself.

Scariest part. This rapist will be back on the streets in no time and will most likely repeat his crime multiple times.

Moral of the story…. Carry a weapon and be your own first responder.

Ask yourself: how often have you been willing to speak out against something that looked wrong to you, even though *no one else* in your situation was speaking out? How often have you risked being the lone voice of objection? People are more reluctant to act when they notice that no one else is acting. They start doubting whether acting is the right call. If you always wait for someone else to speak out before joining the chorus of objection, then who knows, maybe you too would have stood by and watched on the train.

A woman rear-ended me last week in NE DC while we were in a backup. when i got out to look, she screamed at me and swung her fist upside my head. At least 10 witnesses not only failed to assist me, a homeless guy ran over and stopped traffic and waved for her to do a u-turn and escape, while another person used her body to block my view and my camera/phone.
I am 61, she was in her 20's, she broke my glasses and bloodied my nose. I am just thankful she didn't have a gun. It is the wild wild west out there anymore.

The jacked up nature of our laws and the political climate that makes a black man untouchable to many who wish to avoid the onslaught of the leftist cancel culture and the biased DOJ..
Kile Rittenhouse was clearly defending himself from cowardly attackers, emboldened by mob mentality, and look where he is today.
If you dont like the world your extreme ideologies have created where good men pause before restraining a black rapist, I dont know what to tell you, or why you are surprised that is is the result of your ideological oppression...

Men should be judged by the actions, which is the clear content of their character, not by the color of their skin...

Until this thought prevails again, I will not risk everything until I see that I absolutely have too...

How could that train passengers never prevailed over that only one man attacker of the woman? Everyone knows that if one hurts another in the act of defense of woman's honor, it is exonerated. Even though the train held some four to 5 passengers only, upon seeing the woman being sexually assaulted in their eyes, how can't any of them grab any piece of material like bag, shoes, heavy coats or even a ballpen pointed at any part of the body of the guy-rapist or could have grabbed him by his hair, his neck, his clothes or climbed up upon him to restrain him, was to any avail, thus the dastardly act consummated?Irreprehensible. Blood-curdling. Or they enjoyed to watch? This damning story, only in the movies that humane-ness exist?

Every single car on the El in Philadelphia has an emergency call button to the operator. If you're afraid the rapist is armed switch to the next car and radio the conductor so the Septa police are waiting at the next stop which is no more than two minutes away and depending on the stop are probably already on the platform. There was absolutely no excuse for those people who sat there to do nothing. It sickens me but it doesn't surprise me. I watched a bunch of people ignore a high school girl get harassed by a guy in his 20s until I told him to leave her the hell alone one day coming home from class. Do better Philadelphia.

I have never understood bystanders! I think that some folks are just a bit to scary and uptight! Simple as that! How do you watch someone being assaulted and you do NOTHING??? The ignorance of NOT getting involved only makes you just as bad as the perpetrators! Some will take a phone out and video the horrific ordeal but will NOT dial 911!!! All they had to do was get help on board! One great thing about this case, is that this monster has been apprehended! Only because of the poor victim, the woman herself, she’s the hero in this case!!! NOT the FROZEN BYSTANDERS!!! This monster can’t get away with this and he’s going to jail!!!!
