He is going through due process, he will have a felony hearing in Idaho, where he can plead not guilty, if so the case will go before a grand jury, and the prosecution will present thier evidence to secure an indictment on the felony charges. Then the case will go from there.
Apparently she didn't learn the whole criminal law procedure in law school.
The prosecution only needs to show enough evidence to substantially support probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant. An arrest warrant is by no means an indication of guilt.
The whole case will be shown at trial, if an indictment is obtained.
They are not going to go into details of the case with the public beforehand.
