No one is saying that we should Ban Any and All Guns.
We're just saying that there is no plausible reason for any mere Citizen to own a Literal Weapon of War that's a Knockoff of The Military Grade M-16.
"But... but... We use them for Hunting!".
Yeah.
"Hunting" your fellow Human Beings is more like it.
I'm not only a Responsible Gun Owner, and Progressive Democrat Voter, I'm Also a Vietnam Era Veteran who has My M-16 Marksmanship Medal.
What's your MOS by the way?
The AR (Armelite Rifle) 15 is nearly Identical to the Military Grade M-16.
They're both the same exact Length, Height, and Weight.
They're both Produced by the same Manufacturer.
And they both fire The Same Exact .223 Round.
The same .223 round which the developer said was designed to "Shred Flesh and Kill as Many Enemy Combatants as quickly and Efficiently as humanly possible."
Even "in Country" Nam Vets have said that Capturing Vietcong Combatants with their M's was "Practically Impossible".
Because one .223 Round would "Blow their heads clean off their shoulders."
Regardless.
The one and Only difference between the AR-15 and The Military Grade M-16?
The M-16 has a Switch where the user can toggle back and forth between Semi Auto and Full Automatic Rates of Fire.
That's it.
Period.
The. End.
